This was going to be the biggest shake-up in football since an Australian sold us crappy satellite dishes to watch our national game on tv for money on Sky and a certain Mr Tyler became the voice of football.

What a fucking shitfest, city and chelsea being presented as the saviours of English football when the pair of them have done the most to turn it into a monopoly in their own time.

The cunts will be dining out on this for years to come.

What are these Yank twats waiting for? The longer we hang in the dafter we look, it's embarrassing enough just pull the plug.

The cunts always run and hide when the shit hits the fan.

Fuckers have shown their true colours this season. Allowed us to meekly surrender our hard fought title by not backing the manager and have come up with this shitshow.

Fuckers need to go.

Yeah those saviours of english footy were happy enough to sign the legally binding contracts though.

"The 12 founding clubs reportedly signed a 23-year agreement to play in the competition, so there will be some legal work involved for them to get out of it."

    • World Cup qualifier, Canada vs. Haiti; it's 0-0 in the opening minute of the second half, and the visitors have been defending valiantly, thus far...     (Canada went on to win 3-0, Dave's Boy (rtd.) Junior Hoilett came off the bench to get the final goal.)
    • Right back isn't a priority for me. Neco is fine to play cup games and fill in. And to be honest, because of the attacking nature of our fullback and they're almost wingers, I'd ask chamberlain to fill in there. He's more than capable of that and it might actually get him some game time as klopp doesn't want him in midfield.    I agree we need a forward too, especially if there's an AFCON. I've been saying for months, the absolute minimum we needed to do this summer was a centre back, midfielder and attacker and depending how many go out (or the condition of the injured players), maybe a bit more.  If I was choosing between keita and chamberlain, I'd make the same choice too. But as I mentioned above, I'd feel very happy with him covering Trent too. He did a decent job in that role for arsenal and I know when he joined us he didn't want to be dicked about any more and wanted to play a more attacking role, but what's more attacking than performing the role Trent does? And he's at a point where I don't think he can pick and choose. He was fit for a lot of last season and couldn't get a kick, not even off the bench when we couldn't score a goal
    • Terrible apostrophe usage there Doc.  I'd recommend you don't ever move to Wales.   Tony Evans is a bit of strange one though, you're right there.  How he got to be Sports Editor at the Times is a mystery, all seems to have gone a bit downhill from there for him though.
