It’s not a completely unlikely scenario. They’ll certainly be looking to sell up now, in which case it’ll be sell to buy in terms of transfers.

They don't have less morals they just don't want to invest the cash from I'll gotten gains like the Russian and oil states do. They are business men, the others criminals who are trying to launder for good PR.

Quite clear the game needs reviewing and I'm not comfortable with oligarchs and hedgefund men being the arbiters. Probably all hot air but let's see.
