Intense/Suspenseful Scenes in Movies

Not a film, but the scene in Band of Brothers where they're hiding in the foxholes in the forest during the Battle of the Bulge while the Germans are shelling the fuck out of them. I was nearly hitting the ceiling with every explosion.

We had just got a telly with Dolby Surround when Band of Brothers first came out and you're right, those scenes/sounds were amazing.

It just sounded like bullets were whizzing past artillery shells exploding and tree bursts all around you.

That series could never be bettered. Fantastic television.

To catch a killer where Brian Dennehy who is playing John Wayne Gacy wants to show a lad he's brought back home a magic trick with hand cuffs, we all know full once that lad puts the handcuffs on he is fucked.

That's the least of his worries.
