If a team decides that 0-0 is a good result, we won’t score. It’s that simple.

Well, especially a team as mentally strong as theirs. Horrible first leg position to have been in. 3rd goal was the killer.

Not entirely sure why we always narrow the pitch. Seem to on the right side all the time. Very predictable again. Mane fallen off a cliff. We are desperate for a couple of good attackers in this side. And also a good rotation option at right back.

Wonder if this side is broken up now

Everyone can fuck off with unlucky to go out. You get what you deserve. We were terrible first leg, which cost us. Poor finishing again has cost us, Madrid controlled the game and I am sure if we had scored they would have stepped up.

Our GK making the best save of the game sums up where we are.

Seems like all the fight went off the pitch with Milner. Madrid happy to let us have the ball as no one had the balls to shoot unless it's a perfect opportunity. In hindsight it was probably all over when Salah missed that opening chance and certainly when Gini missed his at the end of the half.

If you'd have told me we'd keep a clean sheet I'd have thought we were for sure going through. Would've scored 4 or 5 on another day. At the same time had we taken the pitch in Madrid with the attitude we showed tonight it never would've ended in a 3-1 loss.
