The Queen Is Dead - used to love this when I was younger, not listened to it for 25 years but still love Marr's work on The Boy With The Thorn In His Side

 

Rumours - My auntie listens to this in her car on her way to the garden centre

 

Dusty In Memphis - Superb, the version of Breakfast In Bed is killer

 

Dummy - I have no issues with this one but it just never really floated my boat

 

The La's - Amazing LP, not an ounce of fat on it & one of a handful of albums from that era I still play

I voted The Smiths and The La's. Dummy does still sound great though so was unlucky to lose out

 

I only started listening to Dusty in Memphis during this tourney. I like it but it's not quite seeped sufficiently into my cosxiousness yet to get the vote.
