That lot who work on the Echo, Doyle, Gorst, Squires are a bunch of shit stirring cunts. Squires is running a story that even if we finished 4th, that 'might not' be enough to gaurantee CL football next season. Then he goes off on a convoluted trail of what if's, who wins what plus CL, EL and this other 3rd division UEFA competition they've dreamt up, could be a perfect storm why whoever finishes 4th, might not qualify for the CL.

No wonder the cunts have banned me after calling them out regularly!

Who did you support before City, Chelsea?

Man U Man C Leeds Celtic Burnley Fulham West Brom Luton Havant & Waterlooville Chester Town and maybe 1 or 2 others.

If you knew what the word actually meant then why would you post negative things about the club?

Less chance of another injury I suppose.

Yes, that's true.

We're the sort of team at the moment that you wouldn't bank on having two good games in a two game tie so maybe reducing the sample size might actually favour of us. Gives us less chance to repair the damage of a shit start though obviously.

Leipzig have actually been decent this season, and solid. Best defensive record in the league. I don't think they're going to be the open side we'd have expected a season or two ago.

It'll be shite anyway. Imagine all that effort to get to a career defining, once in a decade final against Bayern or Juve or another great club and it's in an empty ground with that shite music billowing out, they probably wouldn't even be allowed to exchange club flags. Throw McManaman on the mic into the mix and this is basicslly what a footy match would look and sound like if you were a concentration camp commander who'd just taken a Russian bullet in the melon and found yourself some place rather hot.

We're 7/1 third favourites.

Atletico Madrid are 16/1. Which is odd, as they're one of the three best teams in the world.

Some odds on Athletico that. Quality side with a proper spine and a really good manager. They won't be far off.

Think we have a good chance but we will really miss the Anfield crowd, just like we do in the league. It probably sounds ridiculous but we will play better against good sides that will try and play us - that's why Athletico would be a disaster. Simeone will play a very defensive game with a team that are excellent at defending. They also have world class players in attack like Suarez who could score a few. They are the one team I would fear, even if Bayern are a better side.

I think Bayern and Atletico are the two best sides in the competition. City next.

None of the rest are great. Hence Real Madrid being 18/1, Barcelona 20/1, etc.

Juventus and PSG haven't even convinced in their own leagues.

Sevilla are 50/1 and whilst they'd need a really good draw to get to the final (had a decent start getting Dortmund) they're a properly good side now. Balanced, solid. Like a poor man's Atletico really.

Can't be having City at 4/1.
