PSG overpaid for Mbappe originally, now he's a better player but no club will pay over that. 

But now it's absurd to pay for him.  Anything.  And yet PSG are so devoid of income after a year of pandemic, after a huge wage outlay on Ramos/Wijnaldum/Messi/Donarumma/Hakimi, and yet turn down £150m.
