Arsenal having to battle Villa for Emi Buendia is a real low point for them.

Certainly won’t go down as a good day for them.

Lucky bastards.

They're fucking loaded! Spent more than many over the last few years (us included) and spent some of that in the championship. (Sorry about the c&p.on my phone)

Buendia is a good player, proper Arsenal player too in that he’s another attacking midfielder that’s not really exceptional and they don’t really need him. They’ll be gutted to miss out. I’d have liked him as a Shaqiri replacement but we don’t really need him and Harvey Elliott should be that player anyway.

We have no need for Sancho with our current front 4, he'd be a great signing but I don't think he is worth £80m. He is for United as they have Greenwood out right.

I mean, this is technically true, but 3 of our front 4 are about to start declining.

If it meant selling one of them to get in Sancho, who I think is going to be a Salah-level superstar in 1-2 years, I'd be for it. I don't think it'll happen, and maybe Edwards has another Jota-style surprise in the mix where he can get enough out of some deadwood to bring in a potential star player who can gradually take over as Mane and Salah decline, but it's what I would do.

My Dad is absolutely adamant Buendia will be top quality.

FYI, that is not my opinion. I know nothing of him.

I watched Commando last year, it was the first time I'd seen it in over 10yrs. I was pissing myself laughing. Some of the lines are brilliant, I'm not sure some of them were written for comic effect, or if that's just 80s action movies for you.
