I understand what happened with Ramos now. 2 yellows against Limo Wreck (27/09), suspended for the League Cup game against Luton (30/09). He was then sent off again in the next league game (03/10), but as the screenshots for the games were not posted in the in-game chronological order, it made things look odd.

Depends how long Bruce has programmed it for. As a kid Gary Neville would regularly start the game missing the next 97 weeks with a broken face.
