What's great about this competition is how it makes you think about movies and genres you never normally think about*

I saw this face off and immediately decided Die Hard, but then I thought about the Muppet Movies I watched as a kid 40 years ago, and the more modern ones, and the pure quality of them, and it made me realise that this is a genuine quandary.  They have a huge societal influence on us.  But then Die Hard 1 and 2 are great action movies that are set at Christmas time. And I, personally, enjoy them more, so I've voted that way.  But it was a close one.  And when my kids start watching more Muppets movies and I may change if this competition is had again in the years to come.

*if you're mature enough to appreciate that different genres bring different types of entertainment and one is as important as the other.

Never seen a Die Hard film or a Muppet film, didn't know there was one, just the TV series and never watched that either.

Went for the Muppets solely because I'd have my sisters kids laughing at my interpretation of that fella who loves to count, the Count?

I don't think The Count is one of The Muppets,he's a Sesame Street character.
