No issue with it myself, he got control by it. What i do have a issue with is Atkinson watching the screen and ignoring both a foul and handball from Dier. If not goal it should have been a Liverpool freekick and Dier yellow card

Think the suggestion is that it isn't the rule at all and they are making it up as they go along , and will probably backtrack tomorrow like the City / Villa farce last week.
