Its Interesting how Spurs have been one of the defining teams of the Klopp era. It was his first game against them, then arguably the lowest point under him was the 4-1 drubbing at Wembley. The first trophy he won was against them and now we play them knowing that a defeat will wipe out any slim hopes of a 2nd title and realistically mean we are in for a major battle just to stay in the top four. Hopefully a good win tomorrow can be a positive turning point in the season.

I can’t see us getting anything from this one and Spurs will be rightful favourites given FSG’s apparent fetish to see us wither on the vine, but as Sheffield United showed tonight, even teams in the very worst of form can and do upset the odds from time to time.

Nope. We're big favourites.

I've come up with a fool proof plan for us to win tonight.

I used to have a "lucky half time cup of tea with 3 biscuits" every time I watched a match, for years I might add, and it always worked a treat,

Then it got broke last year against Watford, three tea was replaced with yoghurt and blueberry, then that lucky charm got broken against Burnley.

My other one was always watching the games on nbc instead of sky or BT, the odd time id watch on sky and we'd draw our not get the result.

My last throw of the dice is this. I've missed watching one game in the past 2 seasons, one game. It was Palace away, a few weeks ago when we won 7 nil.

So tonight, I'm not watching the game. If we win, it won't be down to the 11 Muppets kicking the ball, no, it'll solely be down to me and my lucky charms.

You'se can thank me at about 10 pm tonight.....

That’s a YES from me. Red Men - you are through to the next round. Mo to get another record.

Robbie Fowler, with six, has scored more PL goals against Spurs than any Liverpool player. Salah has five while Firmino has scored four.

I see Jose is stirring it up - saying other managers like Klopp don’t get into trouble on the touch line for doing things he got in to trouble for! Little weasel.

He has a point. Other managers don't get into trouble for jabbing people in the eye or bollocking a team doctor who was doing her job properly.
