Jaws is a singularly stupendous piece of film making. It's nigh on flawless for me.

 

But Indiana Jones as a collective were my choice. Just great action films with Ford and Connery at the top of their game in The Last Crusade. Let's not mention that LaBeouf fellas input...

I watched crystal skull again recently and it does have some dodgy moments but it's not all bad - despite not being a patch on 1 & 3.

 

It still has the Indie charm, in places, though the quest isn't based off religion, they just randomly/lazily throw in aliens, the fridge moment, the monkey tree swinging moment, John Hurt mumbling a lot, the absence of nazi's, Ray Winestone's  "Jonesy!"

I feel the same way when entering a cave and wondering about a large boulder trapping me inside. 

 

Though given our current form maybe that wouldn't be such a bad thing?
