It's up to you , I voted not to have different managers as personally I think it's a bad disadvantage between for example Skids having Klopp and whoever is last having the 20th best manager in the world when the difference is ginormous. It's different with players.

I kind of agree, I looked over the list of managers and changed my mind on how I voted.

 

There’s a massive gulf as you say and it’s probably and unfair advantage overall.

 

RB having someone like Steve Bruce just doesn’t compete.

 

Alright, manager scrapped, all have similar ‘stock’ profile so it’s all on team selected.

 

I’ll put all of the Drafts up soon.

Generic manager.

 

Everyone will have the same stats and all the teams will be set to the same standard of training, medical etc, so the playing field is level.

 

It all comes down to player choices and planning for a full season

You might be right. I'm not against a bit of rough per se, but I tend to go for My Little Pony type, rather than the Giant Haystacks (whoever that is) type.
