And on the thiago situation, as frustrated as we all are, there's no point in rushing him back if he's not had the required number of sessions. If we can't beat Newcastle with the squad we have then we have far bigger problems. 

He's had no preseason and we don't know how he'll react to our training and match intensities. Get him to ten sessions and in the match day squad for Southampton.

Agree with that Niallers.

 

When he is back, he has to be 100 percent. He is going to be huge in terms of controlling games, especially if we have a 19 year old rookie in defence, that will be even more important.

Yes Klopp doesn’t like to bring players back too soon. Gone are the days when we were so desperate for Sturridge to come in we rushed him back too many times before he was ready. (I’m talking pre Klopp)
