Bobby gets a rough deal in all of this when he only really liked to have a bevvie and smoke a spliff. She was bang in to cocaine. It even covers it in "Whitney:Can I Be Me"

The biggest culprit in all of this is Clive Davies. Working her like a dog.

Yeah good point mate I read somewhere, that she was well into the Coke scene before she ever met him. I think she would have ended up the way she did regardless

And also a closet lesbian who had been in a relationship for years, both before and after, the vows were done with Bobby B.

Had a lot of demons.

I think the problem is there's so much shite out there, he said, she said, he did this, she did that, anyone, rightly or wrongly, can cobble together a story/accusation that is plausible.

I'm not sure we'll ever find out who was responsible for what went on behind closed doors, although he has admitted to assaulting her.

The whole thing ended in tragedy regardless.

It’s a heartbreaking tale. Winds me up how Clive can sit there and basque in the glory while she’s sadly no longer with us. He has a lot to answer for in my opinion.

Wow. That's impressive.

Dolly Parton writing Jolene and I will always love you in one day certainly is impressive.

Imagine if Leonardo de Vinci painted the Mona Lisa and then wrote 'I will always love you' in one fucking day!!!

The art world would go nuts.
