Loved The Sugarcubes. I saw them live in the late ‘80s at The Royal Court in town when Bjork was (literally) about 16. Anyway, that shouty cunt Einar saw his arse when someone shouted something about The Reds (I think he supported The Mancs) and he dived in the crowd trying to get to the lad.
 

Except the lad involved was a proper grock and so the other cunt shit himself and gave it the whole, “Hold me back, hold me back!” act from behind three huge bouncers who’d dived in to pull him out of the mosh pit. 
 

Whole gig over inside 20 minutes and a near riot for refunds after that. Glorious times.

She was 23 for the first album. Been in loads of stuff before that though.

I think a lot of people see Joni Mitchell as a folk singer but mid to late 70s she went full on jazz & had half of Weather Report playing with her as well as people like Don Alias & Pat Metheny, serious guys. It took me some hard work to get into her by it was well fucking worth it...
