The fact that he didn't complete 26 passes is probably more of a comment on the folks around him. He was the only player in either side with more than 110 touches, the only one with more than 100 - even the only one with more than 90.

Most troubling is why our players felt it necessary to put the ball on his foot 30 times more than anyone else in our side. I will wait for some hipster to come on and say Atalanta "forced" us to give it to him 30 more times than anybody else.

Robbo today - 32 more touches than anyone else in the side.

Lost the ball 30 times.

Everton will flip this table and put it in their trophy cabinet beside the clock.

Love Mane but it's been a weird couple of weeks with him and his decision making. On that 2nd disallowed goal, I feel a sharper version of himself would have timed his run before the header. He knew he was ahead of the last man and still went to head it.

Yeah, I'm being a nitpicking cunt though. Still love all these lads and the manager. It is testament to their greatness to be top of the league temporarily despite all the numerous injuries and shit VAR decisions.

Can't believe he didn't complain about FSG. That is screwing us far more than 12.30 kick offs

And then he comes out with a cheap snivelling shite like this....Of course football isn’t like the sacrifice made by others but I guess if he wants to come out with classless shite then it’s easy to say that  when you’ve got two highly paid jobs when millions are struggling

@Gary Lineker

Excellent by @TheDesKelly putting the broadcasting argument to Jürgen Klopp when it’s clearly a Premier League issue. It’s a tough year for everyone but footballers having to play lots of football matches, risking a muscle strain, is nothing like the sacrifice made by others.

So he should. Klopp has been as vocal as anybody about whats really important. Him arguing that TV companies scheduling is harming players when a bit of common sense could fix it is not him comparing responsibilities with those worse off.

I suppose the media aren’t going to show the Ian Holloway interview that was on sky the other day, the EFL have voted for 5 subs. Basically he was saying the same as Jurgen, that it’s about players health not tactics.  Doesn’t fit the narrative though, does it?

There's absolutely no reason why the Brighton game couldn't have been the 5.30 kick off rather than Everton V Leeds. Two teams who arent playing midweek European football.

But it is just Klopp being a moaning German comong over to the Premier League and thinking he can tell everyone else how to run it to his benefit. Mourinho said something similar six years ago when they were playing Atletico Madrid in the Champions league semi final. La liga moved Atletico's game but the Premier league refused to move Chelsea's game.

Cant wait til Kane does his hamstring and Mourinho goes off on one.

Fuck it. They all hate us. Despite us playing attractive football, not being the propaganda arm of an islamofascist regime, not having a culture where we run after refs with bulging veins, despite us having the best and most entertaining manager I can remember, this jealous, Home Counties, flag shagging, Brexit, brave Terry Butcher, Falklands, underdog-loving, Crazy-gang, Asterisk, Ooh-ah Paul McGrath, barmy-army, plastic flag, Thatcher-wanking, Special One fellating gargoyles are just plain jealous of everything we’ve done. Fuck em. We’ve done everything we’ve done the hard way and without intimidating refs. Fuck em all. They are just looking for any angle to criticise us all day long. Let them, then fuck em.
