Anyone know why at Bingley Hall in Birmingham in 1982 (march) the fans on 55 minutes are to be singing "Liverpool Liverpool Liverpool" then a huge You'll never Walk Alone???? From 56.40 mins. 20th March we beat Sunderland at home 1 nil that day. Its all in brummie accents.

I have to say that, like the Mike Parry cinnamon video, this will constantly be an overflowing well of amusement for me. The lad on the bottom right inexplicably posing with a desert boot on a plinth, and the one next to him who looks like he's just sharted at the exact moment the photo was taken, are just incredible specimens.

Boy with the desert boot is this guy...

I’d imagine because Sunderland were in a relegation battle with Birmingham that year so we’d done them a favour by beating them. Could have been some West Brom fans there as well.

Yeah that makes sense nice one mate. Was just sat watching it and all of a sudden I had my eyes on the snooker and heard "Liverpool...." then YNWA" all in brummie accents.

Give Rapey his due, he was excellent there. Doesn't miss a trick (or a dick) that lad. That would have done my head in for days.

Yes she does.

Really enjoyed the duet with Boy George on You’re The Best Thing. George’s voice has lost its upper range, but his tone is lovely.

Yeah that was good but I thought his voice wasn't strong.

George had an incredible voice at his best. Time is a classic.
