I've used that McCartney song because Bowie is going to piss this. Cracking little song and video. Little scallywag getting his first kiss then flying home. We've all been there except Rapey who has never been kissed. Rightly so if you ask me the creepy fucker.

I creid when Bowie died. I'm not even his bigget fan, but the imapct on all areas of society he had was phenomanal.

Macca was part of the best songwriting team ever to grace this planet. However, some of his solo stuff is absolute garbage compared to Bowie.

I'll probably just have a tad of sadness when Macca goes to reunite with John and George.

I cried when Bowie died. Because Alan Rickman had just died.

It will be a really sad day when Paul goes.

I shed a few watching this tribute at the Brits.

Controversial opinion, I know, but I reckon Neil Young and Paul McCartney are better than Shakin' Stevens and Morrissey.

I wouldn't knock Morrissey. His band made it to the finals of the UK bands tournament. McCartney's didn't.

I was thinking of doing a 'Best of the Rest' after the women's tournament (I'll only do 32 not 64 for the womens) and let people pick 5 acts that haven't been in any tournament ie; U2, Fleetwood Mac, AC/DC, Bjork, Right Said Fred.... and even then I'd have to leave The Beatles out.

Then after that a final 5 and take the winners of all 5 and pit them against each other to see just how better AC/DC are than everyone else.

Half a dozen that were considerably better solo artists went out in the first round.

And I refuse to believe Shakin' Stevens was ever in the competition.

Bowie deserves to win this for Blackstar alone. An album that is saying goodbye to everyone and facing up to death in the most poignant and artistic way.

What I will say about Macca is, he can write a cathcy ditty. I just hate it when he is asked about how he came about putting a song together.

"So Paul, how did you come up with Maxwell's Silver Hammer?"

"Well, you know, it's great. I was just, you know, sitting on the bog one winters morning and the bog roll holder fell off the wall, and it made a ting, so I just started saying ting, and it developed from there really. Yeah, great"

I wish I had that talent both possses/possesed.

Good idea.

Especially as Eddy Grant would piss this, the female artists, best group, and miss Universe.
