They really do find a way, brilliant from the lads we ain’t playing well that much is obvious but when that’s happening great sides just dig in and grind out results and against a side who’ve been in great form .

Top of the league and if we hadn’t been shafted at the Pit we’d be 5 points clear

Huge win there.

 

Philips was outstanding. What I liked most was that he came in and didn't try to be Virgil. He's a proper defender that lad. I think he could play a big part this season. 

 

Jota is a great signing. Plays so well with the other lads. I love Bobby but Jota is pushing very hard for that place. A real option and exactly what you want in a signing - someone that challenges the undroppables. 

 

Aside from the mistake by Joe, it's hard in the circumstances being too critical with the injuries we have had. West Ham are a good team and will come in the top half imo.
