I agree that 4chan in some areas is almost completely bad. I mean the politics board is a fucking absolute shambles for the most part and I can't remember the last time I looked at it.

 

The videogames board on there helped me a bit in the week before Cyberpunk's release though (i was on there looking for leaks) because someone on there kept hosting streams even after being banned from several streaming sites. The day before release wasn't too bad either as someone posted either a cracked installer or a leaked one for the actual game so I was able to play Cyberpunk at around 8pm instead of going around the bend for the last 4 hours. I'm definitely not complaining about that.

I posted the other day in the techy nerd forum that I'd been on 4chan's videogames board looking for cyberpunk leaks before release, that's why I thought he said it. And if finding cyberpunk streams that were being banned before Dec 9th and getting to play the game 4 hours before almost any other part of the internet is thick, then yeah I was glad to be thick.

Is it not the guns that are the problem? You have thousands of nut jobs kitted out in war gear, back packs and gas masks. You would have to assume most are armed to the gills, it was an impossible situation to police without a Hollywood type shoot out.

 

Does the 5th amendment allow for camouflage combats and jackets? Ban that shit for a start if they ever want to have some sort of control.

Rather than protecting this sacred constitution of theirs - written by people espousing equality as they gazed out their windows on their slaves toiling in their fields - perhaps it's time they at least took a look at the bits of it that allow America to be a fucking shooting gallery.

I've only ever really been on there when the chaos was going on during the 2016 election on the politics board (the place seemed basically full of right wingers for the most part) and for a week or two before cyberpunk came out on the videogames board. I've seen enough shit in just those places to know that spending time on other areas of the site might not be the best idea. Definitely not the type of place I want to be spending extended periods of time at.
