I would point you in the direction of the 30 plus films Elvis made.

Plus The Satellite Hawaii concert in 73 reached an Audience of a billion worldwide. 98% of the viewing audience of Japan watched it.

Honestly. I hate all of you. Even those who voted for Jacko. Vote harder, bitches.

Eminem and Jacko out in the first round. Looking forward to seeing Aretha go out to Enya because the GF like listening to Sail Away when driving up the East Lancs.

Don't tell me you are taking a bath with Aretha on.

Orinocco Flow is a fucking classic and I wont hear a word said against it.

My 10 for the female one (I might as well ditch Aretha because whats the point as she is miles ahead)

Madonna

Kate Bush

Dusty Springfield

Janis Joplin

Diana Ross

Shirley Bassey

Amy Winehouse

Lisa Stansfield

Sinead O'Connor

Lady GaGa

Any female list not including Etta James, Ella Fitzgerald, Big Mama Thornton and Bessie Smith is just wrong.

Oh add Dolly Parton and Loretta Lyn to that list

Nah, no list of ten is wrong, as it’s a list of people’s favourite artists. I very nearly included Ella Fitzgerald, but with the exception of the odd Dolly Parton song, I don’t listen to the others you mentioned.

I'm just following the forum.

I'm right and I'll kick up a stink if you don't agree

I used to have a mad crush on Lisa Stansfield. She wouldn't get anywhere my top 10 female solo artists though.

Aretha Franklin

Joni Mitchell

Diana Ross

Mavis Staples

Gladys Knight

Mary Wells

Betty Davis

Beyonce

Alicia Keys

Merry Clayton

Might change when the voting starts.
