He was a co writer wasn’t he, I think he wrote the music to Taupins lyrics. Elton John has done some great stuff but almost exclusively in the 70s, he’s spent a lot of time phoning it in for me, he is very talented like and I do like him but he shouldnt trouble the likes of Bowie imo. I like that album he did in early 2000s when he reunited with Bernie, can’t remember what it was called now.

Genuine legend of music. He isn't alone as one in this tournament but I'd find it hard voting against him against anyone.
