Sky sports said that he wants to retain his place in the Norway squad for the Euros even though they haven't qualified.

You dont have to have qualified for the Euros to qualify for the Euros. But they have qualified for the Euros.

A couple? Almost 10 years ago now...

 

Annoying thing with Tom was that he was actually a very talented youngster - He was certainly the best player in the Academy teams for a period. All went to shit for the lad when his old man put ideas in his head that we were holding him back.
