Is there a young goalkeeper who could replace Adrian. Klopp seems happy with Kelleher as second choice now. Using up a foreign spot for a keeper who is very unlikely to play seems such a waste.

Fabinho's versatile. He can play fly goalie if needed.

The best summary of Liverpool's current transfer activity this morning is that there are lots of plates spinning - and Schalke's young Turkey defender Ozan Kabak is definitely one of those pieces of crockery...

Liverpool are exploring a number of options, including Marseille's Croatian Duje Caleta Car, but it does seem increasingly likely they will sign a second central defender in addition to the £2m deal for Preston's Ben Davies.

One added bit of intrigue to Liverpool's interest in Kabak is that the success of it may yet depend on whether Schalke sign a replacement. They are being strongly linked with Arsenal's Shkodram Mustafi, who has also figured in Liverpool's discussions.

Other side of that coin is Preston had 24 to accept pittance or get nothing in 6 months. Similarly Arsenal can let Mustafi go or pay him for another 6 months and get fuck all for it.
