Teams are finding players in space far more easily against us now than in the last two seasons and it’s leading to a goal almost every time.

They are running players from deep into the space we leave behind the full backs particularly, which is dragging the centre backs out of position.

Their third was a lucky deflection, but they’ve cut through us far too easily and caught our defenders having to defend running back towards our goal instead of defending in front of them.

Firmino, Keita, Fabinho, Gomez and, yes, Van Dijk have been poor, I’ll leave Adrian to everyone else to comment on, but again, we aren’t taking the chances we’re making either, so it’s not just the defence or midfield.

Write this one off I think, go again against the shite.

Yep, but those are structural issues. We won't improve on Gomez or Firmino that easily. But we should eventually.
