Bit concerned by Jurgen's post-match comments:

'I thought we were outstanding, just lacking that wee bit of intensity and composure in the final third.'

Never go full Rodgers.

Coincidentally Leicester batter City away and then lose at home to West Ham. What a weird set of results happening right across the board.

I haven’t been as bothered by a result as I am this in years; you could justify the Karius-inspired CL final loss, Reina’s 2006 derby nightmare and the Hodgson years, but this is something else. The first few weeks of the season have been odd across the board, but our result was just beyond ludicrous and I’m basically at the point where I’m going to ignore football until the derby, and only then if COVID hasn’t left us having to field half a team.

I'm also going to ignore football until our next game, then I'll ignore it again until our game after that.
