I've been watching a load of stuff on YouTube last couple of nights on actors. Just interviews and thing called actors on actors where they interview each other and either a video or link come up about that part. A woman who was on set to visit or advise and had been detained in the camp saw Fiennes in full get up and went into a full on panic attack and uncontrollable shacking when she saw him. She said he was the spitting image of Goth and his mannerisms etc.

Unbelievable performance

Can't image being a actor trying to get into that headspave and deal with that reaction.

Most of if not all of the cast of The Godfather is perfect

Jeff Bridges - The Big Lebowski

Jean Reno - Leon

Tombstone is brilliantly cast

Heath Ledger as the Joker for a Nolan Batman.

I agree on this and a young Natalie Portman was also fantastic. But it always amuses me that Jean Reno is meant to be Italian in Leon and he just couldn't be more French if he tried.

Tom Hanks was the first choice for Tim Robbins' role of Andy in Shawshank redemption. He probably would have been just as good and brought a different personality to the character but it's so hard to imagine.
