Their only reporting seems to be licking fsg's ringpiece and denying that Liverpool ever want to buy anyone. 

 

If they cut out all the "Liverpool are dead clever" articles then saying the club are skint it wouldn't piss off a lot of the fanbase.

Obviously they were stung by the whole Virgil saga and don’t want any similar situations arising. It’s actually pretty admirable from club. 
 

Not helpful to journalists who need ad revenue and/or subscriptions though. 
 

ETA: The Echo’s website is probably the worst website in the world. At the very least it shares that honour with all the other Reach PLC papers. Even feel good stories have a way of winding you up, such are the layouts.
