Looking forward to Arsenal putting it up to Chelsea. Say what you want about Arteta’s lads, but they’re a group of steely warriors who never know when they’re beaten.

Not quite good enough to do it though. Chelsea will take this, and then throw the Leicester game.

You sure about that? Insane if true, given how awful we’ve been.

We'll be 3 points behind Leicester and 1 point behind Chelsea if we win our games in hand.

And they need to play each other so one or both will drop points.

If we win all 4 we finish on 69pts

West Ham win final 3 67pts

Leicester on 66

Chelsea 64

Both have two left including games against each other so Chelsea can get 70pts max, Leicester 72pts

Games Remaining

18th May

Chelsea vs Leicester

23rd May

Villa vs Chelsea

Leicester vs Spurs

A draw tomorrow and Leicester need two points and Chelsea 4pts to secure top 4

So because this fixture has been rearranged we have 4 games in 10 days

Oh and who knows when or if Kabak  will be out

I usually would, but I think that Newcastle game has permanently broken something inside me.

Sadly agree - there is absolutely nothing that this team this year have shown in terms of quality, bottle, desire and balls to suggest they can win these 4 games to close out the season.

Chelsea had 22 points from 12 league games when Lampard was sacked.
They have 42 points from the last 24 league games.

Has the cup success glossed over an ordinary season? They look more organised and leak less goals but they also score less. Is Tuchel as good an appointment as we are being led to believe? Obviously if they win the CL they are proved right but they could also end up with no silverware and Europa league next year
