England are clueless at every level it seems. The U21s have lost both of their games at the Euro Championships and Curtis Jones has been on the bench for both games, while that clown Davies from Everton and Skipp who plays in the Championship have been selected ahead of him. England managers seem to have shit for brains these days.

Davies is a leaking water carrier.

Jones not having to play for that shite seems like a pretty good idea to me.

Seem to be well-paid , high profile jobs , so not sure how they ended up with Southgate and Boothroyd.

The media has pretty much hounded out most, if not all of the previous England managers. Look now like a job that's a career dead end, unless someone goes in squeaky clean and wins the World Cup.

In other words, never.

Boothroyd seems to be the Allardyce type who can wow the gullible fuckers interviewing him with all kinds of sports science waffle and Powerpoint slides, only to have his teams produce shit-on-a-stick percentage football reliant upon set-pieces and bits of individual quality.

Southgate has gone down to route of picking teams with a few undroppables and those in the middle of a purple patch. The players he went with at the last World Cup weren't exactly aging, but even so there are quite a few of them who are not involved nowadays. Teams who end up challenging for and winning international tournaments have been built with a solid core of 8 or so players, with the others there thanks to good form. Even if results have only been OK in the interim, there is a plan and a pattern to develop this core group together. You don't see that with England, ever, and it shows whenever they come up against one of these competent sides because they always look less cohesive and more scared.

Yeah and fishing through tweets, assigning responsibility based off individual messages. Really sad all round.

Edit: not just that one, seen a bunch with "how does it feel" in response to fairly simple messages, not even as harsh as the quoted one.

Not a lot Robbie could do there tbh. He made a video the day after sticking up for Claude saying he wasn't racist but the sponsors of his channel threatened to pull out due to the uproar on twitter so he hadn't much of a choice.

Just saw the last video he posted on his you tube channel and he didn't look well at all.

Shame about Claude, say what you want about him but he was a true fan and was passionate about his club and you could see how much he cared.

It looks that the incident with Arsenal Fan TV and his subsequent removal from that show could have had an impact on his wellbeing and if he's dealing with knobhead trolls won't have helped either.
