Shame Haaland is so “shit outside the box” apparently.

You can't just dump Haaland in Liverpools teams and expect it to work

Hes going to end up playing for one of the Manchester teams isn't he. If not it will be Chelsea who pretty much sign the LFC fans wishlist.

Aguero's replacement - nailed on.

Dortmund have a real mental block when it comes to Bayern, and Lewandowski has made them his bitch the way Rushie did with the shite. The Polish striker SHOULD have been awarded the Ballon D'Or last year. Considering last season restarted in most leagues (and ALL the top ones, where all the nominees play anyway) after the initial lockdowns, there was no reason not to have a Ballon D'Or award.

Agreed. Not many teams Lewandowski hasn't made his bitch to be fair.

Pretty sure the reason was that neither Messi or Ronaldo would have won it.

Imagine thinking buying Minamino was a better idea than getting Haaland.

We must have sent these two to watch Salzburg a few times.

How the fuck can someone as injury prone as ings still be a top flight footballer.

People keep going on about buying him back from Southampton. We should re-sign Fabio Aurelio, Sturridge and Lallana as well.

Mark "Ann" Coulter incapable of nuanced discussion. Not surprising.

He’s right though. Haaland would make a far better no 9 for us than Bobby is and has been for the past two and a half season.

Emile Heskey would make a better no9 than Bobby at present

Maybe. Playing a different style of football, with different players around him.

South American football confederation suspends World Cup qualifiers as Premier League teams fall in behind Liverpool to block players being called up by 'red listed' covid countries.

Well in Jurgen and the club.

Leicester 2.1 up in 88th minute! Ten points behind. That's one nail in the top 4 coffin

Top 4 is done mate. Look at the games we’ve lost recently. Teams above us have given us a chance nearly every week of making up ground on them and every week we shit the bed.
there’s too many sides that have more points and games in hand we’ve thrown away top 4 this season.

Not that we would, but can you refuse entry into a European competition?

Rules will probably not allow it, but if they did and we do end up in it we should just name a squad of u23 players.

Not to worry, we won't qualify for this shitshow either.

I don't know 7th may well mean we would and 7th looks pretty likely right now.

    • Right back isn't a priority for me. Neco is fine to play cup games and fill in. And to be honest, because of the attacking nature of our fullback and they're almost wingers, I'd ask chamberlain to fill in there. He's more than capable of that and it might actually get him some game time as klopp doesn't want him in midfield.    I agree we need a forward too, especially if there's an AFCON. I've been saying for months, the absolute minimum we needed to do this summer was a centre back, midfielder and attacker and depending how many go out (or the condition of the injured players), maybe a bit more.  If I was choosing between keita and chamberlain, I'd make the same choice too. But as I mentioned above, I'd feel very happy with him covering Trent too. He did a decent job in that role for arsenal and I know when he joined us he didn't want to be dicked about any more and wanted to play a more attacking role, but what's more attacking than performing the role Trent does? And he's at a point where I don't think he can pick and choose. He was fit for a lot of last season and couldn't get a kick, not even off the bench when we couldn't score a goal
    • Terrible apostrophe usage there Doc.  I'd recommend you don't ever move to Wales.   Tony Evans is a bit of strange one though, you're right there.  How he got to be Sports Editor at the Times is a mystery, all seems to have gone a bit downhill from there for him though.
    • Toby Evan's seems to only ever speak about two subjects. Hillsborough and how he's the most scouse person on the planet.   Every professional scouser/wannabe scouser always has links to Scotty Road even if they've lived in Widnes for 40 years. Scotty Road seems to be longer than the M1 if every person who has lived there is not telling lies.    Tony Evan's is always beating the "Scouse not English" drum at every opportunity. He even hates people from other parts of the city who don't have a high enough Scouser factor.   Fuck knows how he is a journalist, he just sounds like some fat taxi driver who hates anyone from outside the city.
    • He plays for Chelsea, not Liverpool, so it’s all good.
    • Very true, any fucker with an agenda shouldn't be involved in making decisions like that. Fucking floppy haired prick.
