Wouldn't surprise me if this fat ring piece resigned before they get relegated to keep his shitty no-mark record of not taking a team down intact.

It'd be to late for him - the damage would be done. Whether he takes them over that line, in which case it's a failure, or resigns before that happens, which would be an admission of failure, but trying not to admit responsibility.

He took the job on backing his own record and judgment of whether it was possible. Anything less than survival is a massive blot on his reputation.

A look at their upcoming fixtures provides a reasonable expectation for his arse to go into spasms fairly soon.

16/01 Wolves - away

19/01 West Ham - away

26/01 Man City - home

30/01 Fulham - home

The only seemingly guaranteed thing there is Fulham.

That result v this absolute shite looking more criminal

Just to give a snapshot of how tight it is in the top ten of the Prem, and how recent results could come back to bite us, Man City are in 8th place on 26 points with 2 games in hand over us and Utd.

If they’d played those 2 games and got 6 points, they’d be 3rd, just 1 point behind us.

That’s what 6 draws does for a team.

The minute after the game we drew against Fulham, and this was becoming a trend, is when we were in jeopardy. It's an awful sign when you struggle to win games you should be winning. The "one point gained" thing is nonsense when you're expected to win the title.

Our result against Fat Sam's shower looks worse by the minute. What makes it more depressing is that they actually played well in the 2nd half and deserved a goal. The complacency we have shown in the past 2 games is shocking.

Yep. I was really fucked off at the time, but I'm probably even more fucked off now. They're absolutely shite.

Yeah - 6 draws is a lot worse than 3 wins and 3 losses.

That said if a run of draws is as bad as it gets for us this season, then we will be OK......but we can't go on drawing as many games as we are.

However, we've been badly out of sorts, with a host of players missing, and still our only loss is that early season outlier against Villa. I'd rather be playing badly and getting something from the game rather than playing well and getting nothing.

In that West Brom game, we had a 15 minute appetiser of what it'll be like to have Thiago back, and that will undoubtedly lift the rest of the players in forthcoming games. With time on the pitch, he could be back to near his best when we play United. A very timely return!

We're too good to play well and lose. Winning or losing every game is far more valuable to us than scraping draws. As someone said above, 3 wins and 3 losses is better than 6 draws.

Our entire squad need to be routinely booted in the bollocks for drawing with West Brom, fucking shameful!

Maybe the media and fans have been blowing too much smoke up they're collective arses and think that they just need to turn up.

They worked they're bollocks off last season to get the job done and if they want to repeat that they will have to do it all over again.

Only we could follow up a 0-7 win with 1-1 draw against Allerdyce The Hut when everybody else is bumming WBA.

To be fair, he hasnt played 1-10-0 away against anyone else. He's had 2 home games on the trot where he'd be expecting to get at least 3 and possibly 4 points.

Despite that negativity his team managed more shots on target at Anfield than they have in either of the two home games they have played since.

He's an ex player and the supporters love him already, as a result. It could be a fine choice. More chance to work than Emery or Tuchel.

Are you saying Emery and Tuchel did not work? I doubt Pochettino will do much better, win most domestic stuff. Lose out to the absolute best in Europe.

Sorry mate I'm not buying it without credible evidence that officials have deliberately favourably influenced the outcome of games in Utd favour .

You don’t need an undercover reporter breaking into Premier League vaults to at least admit there’s some bad bullshit going on. Just use your eyes on field of play.
