United represent no threat to us. Perhaps for others seeking European places but not for the eventual champions. Wolves were absolute shite in the second half and the goal that came summed up the whole fucking shite filled 96 minutes. Nothing for us to worry about.

There's 15 teams in the league that their individual quality will usually get the better of and that's the problem. We've drawn to 3 of the bottom 4 this season and that's 6 points that would have us gone and hosed already. At the moment, united results make them a concern

Just now, Captain Howdy said:

Nonsense, they have every chance of winning this league, people need to wake the fuck up.

In a season where no one can separate themselves, anybody still within range has a chance. I don't know why anybody would eliminate any possibility at this point. To comfort themselves, I guess.

People were saying we were nothing special winning game after game by a single goal last season. They’re a formidable team at this point in time, of that there’s no real doubt. The concern for me is if they win the league this season, they’ll add Sancho and god knows who else to a title winning side high on confidence and stacked with cash; it wouldn’t be at all surprising to see them reel off another two or three consecutive league titles afterwards.

We'll get a chance to see just how shit they are on Jan 17, plague allowing.

They are very dangerous when the opposition dominate possession. Brilliant on the counter, quite poor against teams defending deep.

Their strength on the counter and the quality of their attacking players make them a threat. Fortunately they lack plan and structure both in defence and attack, if they had a decent manager to provide that they would become far better.

It's the old "table doesn't lie" thing, I guess.

Until they start falling behind us, rather than catching up... I'll be worried.

Huge game tomorrow.

I agree. Our consistency has become a real problem, to haughtily dismiss teams that are winning every game is pure hubris.
