I don’t think it should have been disallowed. I don’t think, from angles they repeatedly showed after the goal, they showed it definitively hitting his arm below the shirt line.

In the 98/97 point season, Citeh were without KDB for a long period (3+ months?) and the squad coped in his absence. 
 

I fundamentally don’t think that happen this season.
