Glad to see Scotland finally qualify for something after 2 decades of failure. It remains to be seen whether or not they can break the habit of a lifetime and not fall at the group stage. Because it's a 24-team competition and the format is the same as the World Cup between 1986 and 1994, a team finishing 3rd can still qualify for the knockout phase with a good enough record. That's how Portugal scraped through last time before anti-footballing their way to the title. If crowds are allowed again by next summer, the Scots will have phenomenal backing.

 

Also, North Macedonia have snuck through. It's their debut appearance in a major finals and means Kosovo are the only former Yugoslav nation not to qualify for a major tournament (Montenegro did so as Serbia & Montenegro in 2006). It's a better record than what the former Soviet states have managed. Everton fans already hate North Macedonia though, because apparently Skopjeites are gobshites.

I think they only gave it to the press, it hasn't been publicised. Note that there's no mention even of which police force it is.

This is what really pisses me off the most about internationals. A player who hasnt played for his club due to injuries, supposedly declares himself fit and plays a full 90 minute game for their country. Wouldnt surprise me in the slightest if, when he comes back, he has a 'slight' knock and is unavailable for Jurgen to consider.
