Were they bad injuries, did anyone see?

Not sure, there was this on the BBC text commentary-

It is fair to say Allan looked thoroughly fed up and he trudged round the pitch and straight down the tunnel to join his fellow countryman Richarlison in the home dressing room.

The Brazilian made a gesture as though he had pulled a muscle as the Everton physio came round to see him and he was indicating it was his groin area.

The result going Everton's way but this had not been a great night at all for Carlo Ancelotti.

Watched the end of the Newport Newcastle game, Newcastle a bit fortunate even if they were camped in the Newport half for 95% of the time I watched. An 86 minute JonJo Baldy equaliser saved the tie when they looked totally toothless.

Then the Brighton united game came on. Didnt really watch it but fuck me, the commentator was right up united and solskjaer's arse. He'll have a brown tongue tonight will that lad.

That calvert lewin is either in a purple patch or he has a manager that plays to his strengths. Hope it is just the former.

A team from the faroe islands (KÍ) are playing dundalk fc tonight in a playoff match before the group stages, this is by far the biggest club game for any faroese team, are dundalk a strong team?

They aren’t as good as they were last year, when they won the League of Ireland by 11 points, but you have to respect a team that got a draw at Sherrif and won the shoot-out. Plus they reached the group stages four years ago. I’d watch the game if LiveScore were showing it, but they’ve chosen to stream Basle vs. CSKA Sofia. Big team bias!

Brighton honestly dominated United for large parts of the game and probably should have been ahead/equalised.  They scored completely against the run of play twice before Pogba coming on scoring a free kick.

Pretty accurate summing up, but Brighton are so annoying in the way they fanny round instead of going for goal.

So Phil Foden and Mason Greenwood are left out of the England squad for their indiscretions last time out  .

How is that a punishment when the main benefactors of this are both City and Utd. Wouldn’t  it be better to have them unable to be called upon for their clubs for the game after the international break at least that way both respective clubs would be pissed with them too
