Will the city fans be shouting this season has an asterisk against it?

Funny funny how things change

@henrywinter Apr 30, 2020

mcfc fans @MoSurrey & @IanCheeseman took views of 2,000 fans and wrote to @premierleague@FA

"to respectfully consider: No football behind closed doors; Cancel the season now to show respect for all the lost lives to the pandemic & the heroic acts of sacrifice shown by so many."

Yes, bunch of hypocritical cunts. Their silence is deafening.

Saw an article in the torygraph but it's behind a paywall so cannot see much apart from the first couple of sentences.

But, the gist seems to be one or two journos are getting a twitchy sphincter at the thought that city's owner's spending power is going to turn the PL into a one horse title winner like Italy, Germany and France despite our win last season and, that that scenario isnt good for the 'best league' in the world.

Yep spot on...

Not sure how reliable Castles is but I guess you don’t have to be Woodward and Bernstein to uncover what’s going to happen in the summer

Haaland is a definite. They’ll probably try for a cut-price Van Dijk if we miss out on top four too.

What’s that you say Timmy?

Allowing a team with unlimited funds to spend as much as they want every year with no way of halting them financially will eventually ruin the English game?

Gee Timmy that sounds really bad. Maybe we should try and curtail their spending power a bit???

A lot of Arsenal fans I know used to laugh at Liverpool for never winning the Premier league and qualifying for the CL.

17 years since they won the league, barely did fucking anything when they did qualify for the CL and haven't been in it for 3 years.

They can't really take the piss out of Tottenham anymore.

Leicester dropping points away to Burnley. Could B-Rod blow CL qualification for the second year in a row???

Need to get our shit sorted before we worry about them.

A win tomorrow would be massive but we really can't lose, games are starting to run out.

Hopefully Fabinho and Jota back might gives us a lift

It's almost like injuries have an impact on performance I wonder if the pundits will pick up on this or just put it down to having no fight, the worst Leicester ever!

Utd 0-0 with Palace and a pretty shite first half....

I’m switching over as I’ve seen this film before...Dodgy penalty to Utd midway through the second half and the media then going on about what a genius Fernandes is

Editor's cut has an alternative ending. I much prefer this version to the normal one.
