The ref in the atletico Chelsea game has been great.  Hasn’t fallen for any of the Simeone shithousing.  Walton talking some serious Shite before though about the goal saying that if the touch by the Atletico defender was deemed a deflection then Giroud would have been offside. This despite no Chelsea player touching the ball at all while Giroud was in an offside position.  It shows the knots these cunts tie themselves in and lose the actual point of offside.

It clashes with their FA Cup tie that weekend and then there's no free weekends or midweek slots available, presuming we don't shit the bed against Liepzig.

I haven't checked in great detail but in the last 7 weeks we have 6 midweeks free, say 4 of them are CL and FA Cup then that leaves 2 free.

Yeah and the same cunt said Degsy 'unintentionally' touching the ball as it went through to an 'offside' Kane thereby playing him on and the resultant goal scored was legit.

Even though they have had shitloads spent on them you do have to admit that they are a great team and relentless the way they want to win everything.

It is of course sickening and they are a stain on game.

 

But purely from a football point of view and as you say a will to win everything, they are great.

 

The big difference is they can interchange players and there is no drop off. We introduce players that should be good enough but can’t stay fit or players that are way off the quality needed. 

The benefits of having 22 quality players as opposed to 15 basically and whilst i know we don't have the money they do, it irritates me why we can't or won't build a bigger, deeper squad so we don't suffer the massive drop offs we do when rotating/covering.
