Actually the co commentator on Sky was saying it should be a penalty and even saying there could be a red card. They both were surprised that VAR didn't give it.

 

Real shambles. They were giving penalties for less clear-cut handballs earlier in the season. But now you can stretch out an arm and stop a goal bound shot with no punishment.

It makes every one that was given for fuck all, all the worse - but teams can't have those lost pts back or the wrongly won pts removed...

 

Was it Newcastle maybe v Spurs, someone got one when ball hit a defender on elbow when he had back turned and wasn't even looking?
