He looks mad good in this video , im all in.

Got to be a myth. He can’t be a left back. He used his right foot multiple times in the video and left backs don’t do that, not even the good ones. This is fake news. Maybe even deep fake news.

Bit odd that he only has 3 caps at the age of 24 if he's as good as is reputed. Are Greece blessed with numerous world-class full backs or something?

Good question ! The journalist quoted above could tell us, Au rapport !

From a Greek journalist/Olympiakos fan mate of mine:

"Hello mate! This season was amazing. Maybe the mvp of olympiacos. He needs more strength for premier league, but he works hard for last 2-3 years and every year is doing better!"

Robbo-dopolous!

I’m a fan of Greek Jornalist fc not Sharon Popodopodopolous

According to wikipedia, the last Greece squad had four left backs, including the captain Stafylidas and our boy Tsimikas.

No right backs either. Freaky stuff.

"haha it’s complicated. The level in last 5-6 years Greek national team is low. The federation is controlled by savidis, the owner of paok.

Agents control the managers. The last 2 years when tsimikas was the best left back in the country, the “order” was to play Giannoulis, who plays for paok.  Welcome to Greek football!"

The commentator in the Wolves game was pronouncing it

Simmy cash

I'd say more like Zimmy-kass, silent T and the S more like a Z.   They don't use the "sh" sound much in Greek, and mainly in regional dialect.

Maybe it's one of those weird situations like with Scotland, where all their best players are left-backs.

There are four left backs in the squad 3 have about 15 caps the other can play in a few positions but is the captain and has twice as many as the rest put together.

Judging him only on the Wolves game I’d say he was easily good enough mate.
