Not sure Joe was on a yellow by that time for a nothing challenge? I think there were 3 players around Pulisic so maybe trent as well? They all seemed to go "after you Claude! No, after you!" and while they were leaving him to each other, he skipped past them all. But I guess that happens when you have your eye on the presentation in 20 minutes time.

 

As I said, I thought our defending was comical all night. A whisker more and that mounts' goal in the first half would have stood. Joe and Virgil taking each other out was pure comedy as well.

 

Still, doesnt matter, CHAMPIONS!

We've just put 5 past them and they're doing nowt to strengthen their defence.

Tomori and James are both young and already very good, so they will improve again next season you’d think. Azpilicueta is a good defender. Not convinced by the rest.
