Why do teams really have a go at us but bend over for City? Brighton midweek had a real go, tonight Potter throws in a terrible team and they are getting bounced. City beat a limp Burnley 5-0 a few weeks back and today they turn up putting in the graft of their lives.

Wouldn't mind if they applied the same fucking effort across the opposition.

Maybe It’s called respect.

They dont, in my opinion.

We're much easier to defend against. Play too much front to back possession allowing teams to just settle in, we don't get enough players in the box, no midfield runners, and we don't have anyone to drive with the ball. I love Bobby, but picture Stevie in that position causing havoc and collapsing their defence with mo and Mane looking for runs. We're far too happy to ust play in front of the defence knowing that we'll get a couple of chances per game and our players are so good, that it means we'll most likely score, and we're safe in the knowledge that with our defensive unit, we won't concede that many.

He used to be a lot more explosive e.g., taking shots from outside the box. I feel he’s hiding behind Mo’s and Sadio’s excellent scoring forms. This is where strong competition for places would help the team. I’d give Minamino an extended run for the remainder of the season.

Andy probably shouldn't be doing that on camera but it's nice to see a player react after the match like anyone of us do during the match.

Thing is with a crowd in I doubt the cameras would have picked that up!

Fuck it. Exhibition games against disinterested teams is City in their element but we’ve seen nine times this season they’re bullies who’re used to their victims rolling over for them and don’t know how to react when they swing back. We’ve stopped being much good since the safety net was installed. Putting a positive spin on things, it’s in a weird way pleasing to see our performances drop off a bit when the pressure is off and City’s pick up massively.

I'm made up when City hammer these teams let them embarrass them as the same fan-bases cheered to the rafters when the oil cheats pipped us to the title last season but as Watford found to their cost when they were humiliated in front of millions in the cup final you reap what you sow.

He's saying fernandes got a fucking pen at villa for less than was put on him by the Burnley player.

Ive no problem with our players letting the officials know they had a shit game.

That’s at least 6 nailed on penalties we should have had since the restart yet we’ve come away with 0 of them.  Amazing how the Scum only need foul a player in said players box and get a pen.

We seem to get fuck all from regs in general home or away whilst cunts kick lumps out of us yet any breeze near the opposition and they get a goal.

It is incredible the mancs have had 18 pens and there's still 4 games to go. It's like when bob wilson 'showed' on BBC how there was no contact on Dalglish when he went down playing for scotland, not Liverpool and we didnt get a pen for about 18 months.

You get the impression because sky and BT have made out Sadio and Mo have gone to ground, there's no contact so, no foul, no pen. That's carried forward with other players, example Naby last season at home to Leicester.
