In ten years time you’ll forget he even played for LFC. A bit like Litmanen, Morientes and Anelka.

And keita

Any Mancs who witnessed the league games in 21/22 will wake up screaming the names of Keita and Thiago for decades to come.

He’s got all the tools.

If he sits tight the circus currently known as Barcelona will probably need one later on in the season.

I doubt he has his pro licence yet. To be fair to Baldyola he put in a few years of coaching lesser teams before taking the job at Barca. I remember him starting towards the end of his career somewhere in Italy, like Siena or Brescia or somewhere.

Guardiola coached the Barca B team before he was promoted, thats where he started.

He played for Brescia and Roma in Italy, ended his playing career in Saudi and Mexico.

Yes,that's where he began his jobs but it doesn't mean he wasn't getting his hours in while still playing. Most players who go into management do this.

Guardiola’s career as a manager formally started at Barça B in 2007, but in reality he already had some experience of coaching a professional team. The Catalan was all but retired as a player when his contract with Qatari club Al-Ahli finished in June 2005, so he began coaching courses that same month. In the winter, however, Guardiola decided to make a U-turn, putting his boots back on to play for recently formed Mexican side Dorados de Sinaloa.

Apparently in Mexico in 2005.

You missed the bit where he was a drugs cheat.

Yes nandrolone, to be fair though, back in those days you could get that in your system from dietary supplements you thought were legal to use as they were not on the doping list.
