anyone remember Gregory Vignal? i can remember Ged playing him LB with Riise in front of him for a few games and the linked really well together.

 

can't remember if he got injured or just fizzled out but thought he looked promising

Suso looked a player when he first came through the academy. Fizzled out pretty quickly though. Aspas looked good in pre-season as well. That corner killed him off.

Didn't he cry on his first day at Melwood? I'm sure I read that in either Fowler or Carraghers auto-biography

Sounds familiar-ish. 

 

Wasn't he the lad who was an absolute cunt to the academy lads? There was some young foreign lad years ago who made them give up their seats on the bus if he wanted it and generally acted insulted that he had to mingle with them at all.

Both good players now. Far more suited to La Liga however.

Not sure if that was him, he ended up signing for r*ngers though so it probably was.
