We will dick these.

Their best chance in this was with a baying, rabid pit dragging a performance out of them....players revved up to fuck by the baying bitters in our faces and scrapping like mad.

As it is they won't be and it will be all about quality - which we are miles ahead of them on, we'll control the ball and tire them and we'll get that extra split second on the ball we wouldn't have got in front of a rabid pit and we all know what quality players do with that extra little bit of time and space.

It's one thing chasing us down, closing everything down, getting that foot in and scrapping like dogs to make up a gap in quality in front of 40,000 people baying for blood and urging you on....it is another trying to do it in an empty stadium and when you haven't played for 3 months.

This will be about quality and it is a mismatch in that respect even with rust taken into account.

What is he complaining about? Is it the risk to their players? Is it Mike Dean being the ref? Which is worse to him? Surely if it's risky to their shite players, it's also risky to the ref they hate? And why am i asking so many questions?

Mike Dean was the ref when he should have sent Barkley off after he nearly broke Henderson’s leg in 2016 (Goodison defeat to Mane’s last minute winner) so maybe they’re weirdly upset over that .

Maybe they think if he had have rightly sent him off they’d have been down to 10 men and thus defended deeper thus perhaps not losing that late goal so it’s no wonder they’re worried about him being the ref....See it makes perfect sense when you think like one of them

That is so correct.

Another of their ifitadentbinfor theories.

Ive seen this shit posted in Sports pages about his sons being Liverpool fans. Clearly orchestrated misinformation, they must be very desparate or maybe just pissing their pants that arsenal might win?

Have you noticed Jacob Rees-Mogg lobbying for loads of Government money for our city?

I don't think the kids' allegiance comes into it.  Dean's kids support Liverpool because they live on Merseyside and Everton are shit.

This is actually plausible. They really are utter weirdos.

I have to say personally I’m glad our first game back isn’t to secure the title.

we’re miles better than them in normal circumstances, as proven in the 5-2 at Anfield when we didn’t have our full strength team out and absolutely slaughtered them. But these aren’t normal circumstances and just “needing to win” is plenty of motivation and pressure for the first game back.

hopefully we win. Hopefully we win handsomely.

then hopefully we win it at anfield against palace. I’ve always hated palace.

I think it's fair to say that our players haven't been breaking lockdown for sneaky haircuts.  Some really dodgy barnets here.

Bobby looks more like Little Richard every time I see him and Degsy looks more like the new Magnum PI guy!
