You make a fair point, I prefer the hard ones, a team with Messi or Maradona in them makes them incredibly hard to beat. The teams here have enough about them to form decent sides with only a couple of world beaters in there. The draw will be crucial unless ardja get a first pick and chooses Steven Naismith.

Nesta is a definite contender for the best centre back of all time, but in hindsight I probably should’ve picked Diego Maradona.

There's probably 10-15 decent Everton players in the past 30 years if you take their whole career's work into account, not just their time at Everton. So yeah, not great for them.

The pick thread reads differently

The text reads: "Player must have made their professional debut (for any club) on or after 1/1/1990"

Taking John Barnes as an example, he made his debut for Watford in 1981 (a club), so it is irrelevant whether he made his debut for Newcastle in 1997 (another club).

Also the question was already asked earlier in thread and clarified upon

I'm losing my voting base quicker than Boris Johnson, my team is gonna need to be shit hot to get anything here.

I assume Ronaldinho was Flamengo?

I'll change it in the selection thread when I make my pick.

Apologies for the delay by the way, thought this was being kicked off tomorrow.

Will be 5 minutes.
