Started in 71 so you pick 2 players from a team that won the competition in each decade with WC from anyone that played in a final but never won the competition in their career

No more than 2 players from any one team(if they played for multiple winners only one counts your choice). 

 

The player must have been part of the squad in the final, they don't have to have got on the field.

Because people had enough time on here to vote within the period. Same with all the sitcom ones. Because people try and bend the rules to be 'smart and snide' it fucks it for others. I wish they wouldn't participate to be honest mate.
