I can't vote for my own so I've gone for Gossamer Wump and Chiffon Pie. I do really like The Staxtown Bro's but I own far more records of members of the other two bands. Probably for my sins.

Its not quite a simple as the front men, however, I really do not like Springsteen, Bowie or Petty.

 

Otis Redding is superb.

 

The other vote was between Chiffon Pie and Nautical Matadors. Oddly enough, it was Elton John, bringing a slightly different sound that swung it for me.
